The brackets need 2.165 in (55 mm) on each side of the hinge to fit and the channel gap in the bracket is 1/4" (6 mm) so they fit x-pens that have panels up to 1/4" (6 mm) in panel thickness maximum. Crafted from eco-friendly sustainable PLA* on a 3D printer so they are lightweight, waterproof and won't rust or peel, especially with pets, dogs, puppies, bunnies and rabbits.

Made in the USA in my home in Woodinville, a small city near Seattle in Washington state, and take 10 hours to print.

*PLA is a hard bio-plastic obtained from renewable resources and natural raw materials such as fermented plant starch from corn, cassava, maize, sugar cane or sugar beet (it is intended for indoor use and can only be hand washed with lukewarm water and soap as it cannot handle high heat).
